Q Your Workout Schedule Since this class lets you decide what your activity will be, give me some information on your exercise activities. Tell me about your schedules for stretching, warm-up, cool-down, and your work-out program. What does each activity consist of? How much time do you spend on each part of your training? How comfortable are you working out, what is your exercise history. Are there any health issues I need to know about. What are your goals for the semester? Are you trying to gain muscle, lose weight or something in between. Basically I want to know all about you and your exercise past, present and future.
